Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive calls from current customers and/or non-subscribers for sales and revenue generation in a call center environment.
  • Utilize proactive sales skills to identify needs of customers and effectively position products and solutions that best meet the needs of our customers.
  • Offer additional products and/or services.
  • Handle customer interactions via verbal interaction, electronically, or via telephone contacts.
  • Provide individualized customer service of a high standard professional level.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 2-4 years experience within an inbound sales role.
  • Individual must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrate sales technique.
  • Must be customer-centric.
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
  • Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
