Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive calls from current customers and/or non-subscribers for sales and revenue generation in a call center environment.
- Utilize proactive sales skills to identify needs of customers and effectively position products and solutions that best meet the needs of our customers.
- Offer additional products and/or services.
- Handle customer interactions via verbal interaction, electronically, or via telephone contacts.
- Provide individualized customer service of a high standard professional level.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 2-4 years experience within an inbound sales role.
- Individual must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Demonstrate sales technique.
- Must be customer-centric.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge.
- Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
- Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
